Shipping policy

All our shipments are made through courier companies of recognized prestige.

The shipping costs for our orders will be:

Mainland Spain and Portugal: Free Express shipping from €120 purchase.

Balearic Islands: Free shipping 48 hours from €120 purchase.

Canary Islands: €25

Ceuta and Melilla: €35

Europe: €25

Ireland: 30 €


Purchases formalized (order placed and paid) up to 8:00 p.m. will be shipped the next business day. Those received after that time will be sent a day later.

georgesshoes is not responsible for the costs that the buyer may incur for customs processing or payment of taxes.

In any case, the delivery conditions are subject to the working hours of the courier company and holidays. georgesshoes will not be responsible for delays attributable to the courier company or the Client himself.

The products will be sent to the shipping address that the Client has indicated at the time of placing the order, this address may be different from the one that the Client has provided as the billing address.

In order to optimize the delivery process, the address provided by the Customer must be an address to which delivery can be made within normal business hours.

If at the time of delivery of the product to the indicated address, the Customer is absent, the carrier will leave a notice indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery.

It is recommended to check that the shipping address is correct (door number, postal code, etc.) since georgesshoes will not be responsible for damages caused in the delivery when the address entered by the Client does not fit the place of delivery desired by the same.

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the Client, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company.

It is up to the recipient to check the shipments upon arrival, express observations and present all the claims that he deems justified, he can even reject the package, if the latter is likely to have been opened or if it shows clear signs of deterioration.

If the products delivered do not conform in nature or quantity with respect to those indicated in the Order Confirmation email, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal at the time of product delivery. The return costs in case of error in the order will be borne by georgesshoes
