    The photographs of the products are made as accurately as possible to the product, but may vary depending on the screen or device on which they are viewed.

    • Shop with confidence:

    You have 30 days to change the size or return it, as long as the product is returned in the same conditions as it was received, and all its contents are returned. The products that have been used, or deteriorated, will lose the condition of being able to be exchanged or returned.

    Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?

     The answer is yes. The shipping price for the Canary Islands is €25, and for Ceuta and Melilla €35, taxes included.

    • Iberian Peninsula and Portugal: 1 day
    • Balearic Islands: 3 to 4 days

    Size changes and returns:

    General conditions for size changes or returns:

    The product must be returned in the same conditions as it was received, and return all its contents. Products that have been used, or damaged, will lose the condition of being able to be exchanged or returned. Access the form

    For products in which the cost of sale is equal to or greater than €150, the first change and/or return will be free. For those under €150, the cost of the first change or return will cost €7.5, for the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and the Balearic Islands.

    For second product changes, and upcoming ones that are requested to be made, there will be a cost of €15, whatever its price, to the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and the Balearic Islands.

    You can customize the products in the store, with prior consultation with customer service.

    • How much can a customization cost?

    It will always depend on the type of customization or request. Once the request is made, our technical service will carry out a study and appraisal of the personalized product.  

    • Delivery term?

    Personalized products will have an approximate delivery time of 30 days.

    • Can it be returned or changed in size?
    A personalized product is made especially for you, therefore changes or returns are not accepted, except for manufacturing defects.
